1. Oven 350
2. Cook mushrooms in oil about 7-10 min. Add onions and cook til tender and mushrooms are golden(about 3 min)
3. Spray 9" quiche pan with non stick spray. Put pan on a baking sheet.
4. Scatter half the cheese on the pan and crumble bacon on top. Add 1/2 of the mushrooms then remaining cheese.
5. Whisk eval milk, egg, pepper and nutmeg in large glass measuring cup. Pour the egg mixture over the filling. Top with the remaining mushrooms and sprinkle with the chives.
6. Bake til quiche is set about 40-50 min.
