Very Tasty
1. Preheat a medium frying pan.
2. Preheat the oven to a medium-hot heat.
3. Place the garlic, mushrooms and onion in a food processor and blend.
4. Place the mixture into a medium bowl.
5. Mix in the flour, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, parsley and seasoning.
6. Gather the mixture together with your hands and shape into two large patties. Dust the patties with a little extra flour.
7. Melt the butter and vegetable oil in the frying pan. Fry the patties for three minutes, either side.
8. Transfer the patties to the oven for a further 7-10 mins.
9. Serve the patties on the toasted bread.
10. To make the tomato sauce, preheat a medium saucepan and a griddle pan.
11. Heat the olive oil in the saucepan.
12. Add the tomato and saut until soft.
13. Add the tomato paste and ketchup and the Worcestershire sauce.
14. Turn down the heat and allow to simmer. If the sauce is too thick, add some hot water.
15. While the sauce is cooking through, brush the vegetables with oil and salt.
16. Place the vegetables in the griddle pan and griddle until softened and browned.
17. Serve immediately with the burgers and the sauce on the side.
