Mix oats, wheat germ, sunflower seeds and coconut.
Mix all nuts, cinnamon, and vanilla into grains mixture.
In a deep frying pan add oil and honey, heat until it bubbles - about 2 min. on medium heat.
Add grain mixture into frying pan, cook , stirring continuously for about 5 minutes.
Turn heat to low. Add raisins to mixture and continue cooking for another 5 minutes over low heat, stirring continuously.
Remove from heat and let the Musli cool completely. Store in an airtight container, in a cool place. You can store it for up to 1 wk.
