Suggest a better descriptionPlace ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake uncovered, in a 325~ oven for 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 140~. Meanwhile, for glaze, in a small bowl combine mustard, sugar and wine. Mix well. Brush ham 2 or 3 times during the last 20 mins of cooking.
