Brown sausage, drain. In 9 x 13 in pan, layer the croutons, sausage, 1/2 of the cheese and rest of cheese. Beat eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk, and dry mustard. Pour over the layered ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Just before baking, combine Carnation milk and soup; pour over mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300, uncovered.
