All American Potato Salad
1. In a large kettle, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender (do not over cook). Drain and cool. Peel potatoes; Cut into large cubes and chill.
2. In a small bowl, stir in Mayo, milk, vinegar, mustard, celery, sugar salt, pepper. Mix well. Adjust seasonings if needed.
3. Add chopped Onion and chopped eggs.
4. Combine Mixture with chilled potatoes, mix, cover with the slices eggs left over and sprinkle with paprika for color if desired.
5. Cover and chill over night.
