My version of the famous WW zero point soup with negligible calories. A great thing to have on hand when gearing up for some weight loss!
in large pot, saute onion, dry broth mix, garlic
add remaining ingredients and cover low, stirring
add wather, bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer
cover, cook until veggies soft
take out 1/2 c veggies and blend with emmulsion blender
return to pot and heat
