Old fashioned banana bread with all the right goodies.
MIX together:
3 eggs
1 cup oil
21/4 cups sugar
2 cups mashed bananas
3 tsp vanilla (mexican is best)
ADD:
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until mixed. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans at 350? for one hour. Makes 2 large loafs.
