NO SALT
Rub brisket with soup mix, pepper, and garlic
Add vegetables
Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours in covered pot
May need water after 2 hours if gravy evaporates (if necessary)
Finished when fork goes though meat smoothley.
Slice when cooled
