Quick and delicious mini "puff" muffins - great on their own, or add cream cheese and salmon as a supper savoury. Adaptable.
Mix dry ingredients, combine egg and milk (sweet chilli sauce if using), then mix all ingredients gently together, spoon into greased mini muffin tins. Bake 180deg fan bake 12 minutes.
Notes:
Add garlic salt to dry ingredients and sweet chilli sauce to milk. Try adding bacon, onion, salmon etc.
Watch cooking temperature, 180 fan bake too hot, try 160/170 fan bake.
Cut cooled muffins and add cream cheese and salmon for a party savoury.
