For the dressing:
Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, and flavor pack from Ramen noodles together.
For the salad:
Mix cabbage, almonds, sesame seeds and noodles from Ramen Noodles pkg (uncooked, and broken up into pieces) together.
Mix with dressing immediately before serving.
