Suggest a better descriptionWash and drain Napa cabbage
Cut Napa cabbage into good sized pieces
Chop bunch of green onions
Put cabbage and green onions in bowl and set aside
Crush Ramen noodles
In frying pan, melt butter
Brown almonds, sesame seeds, Ramen noodles in butter until lightly brown (watch closely)
Place in blender and blend on high - olive oil, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce
Mix all ingredients
Add dressing at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor
This serves well the next day. For cheaper sesame seeds, go to Asian grocery store.
