Suggest a better descriptionDissolve yeast, sugar, dry milk, in warm water. Add melted butter then knead in flour. Let sit in a warm oven.
Brown hamburger with chili pwd, onion, and green pepper. Add taco seasoning, chili beans, pinto beans, black beans, tomato sauce, and tomato juice. Be sure to drain and rinse black and pinto beans before adding. Simmer together while you make the scone. Take the dough out of the over and roll it out to 1/2 inch thick and cut into desire shape. Cook in hot oil. Serve with beans mixture over. Top with vegetables and homemade ranch.
