Dressing 2 - Balsamic Syrup
Put all ingredients in a saucepan over a high heat, Let it reduce to 150ml, sieve it and store in a bottle or jar. Tip - Do this on a Saturday when no guests are in the chalet as it is quite pungent.
Dressing 3 - Chilli Oil
Put a small amount of oil into a frying pan and add the chilli flakes and fresh chilli's , cook for about 1 minute to soften the chilli's.
Add the rest of the oil and stir. Push through a sieve and store in a bottle or container until ready to use.
