Tangy and mustard flavoured salad
Wash all the leafs in plenty of cold water and drain and spin well to remove the water.
Pick through the leafs to remove any dull and soft pieces.
While you are doing this rip each leaf into the same size ,
Rip don't cut as this will bruise the leafs and they will turn brown.
Rip the basil the same and then place on your dish, making sure you have plenty of each leaf and basil on the plate.
