Suggest a better description1. Peel and cut your potatoes into like sized chunks.
2. Put into salted water covering to around 2cm over the top of the potatoes.
3. Boil the pan for approximately 20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft all the way through.
4. Drain the potatoes using a colander.
5. Warm up the milk and butter in a pan and add the potatoes back in to the pan to mash.
6. Season to taste. Add more milk if necessary.
7. At the end beat with a wooden spoon for 2/3 minutes to beat out any remaining lumps.
