Mac and Cheese for those who are lactose intolerant
Cook pasta as directed and set aside.
Melt butter- stir in flour and cook till bubbly about 1 min. slowly whisk in milk. Bring to a boil over med. low heat, stirring constantly till starts to boil. Add cheese just until melted.
Put past in greased casserole and pour cheese sauce over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Use only Cabot brand cheese in this recipe as they are the only ones marketed as lactose free
