In a sauce pan, whisk the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Whisk until mixture is smooth and creamy. Fold in the oatmeal until combined. Using a spoon, portion onto waxed paper or anything non stick. Let cool completely and enjoy!
