3 cups all purpose flour or bread flour
1/4 teaspoon active dry or instant yeast
3 large garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary finely chopped
1-1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1-1/2 cups warm tap water
Combine flour ,yeast, salt, garlic and rosemary stir than add warm tap water stir to combine. this dough is a shaggy dough and sticky
Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit on counter room temp for 3 hrs
after 3 hrs dough will be puffy and dotted with bubbles.Transfer dough to a well floured surface. sprinkle top of dough with flour . with a dough scraper or your hand fold dough over 10-12 times shape into a rough ball.
place a piece of parchment paper in bowl put dough in the bowl in the parchment paper. cover bowl with a tea towel. leave in counter for 35 mins.
in the meantime place a Dutch oven with safe heat lid and knob in cold oven and preheat to 450 degrees. my oven takes about 35mins to reach 450
when oven reaches 450 using oven safe gloves or pot holders .lift parchment paper out of bowl and put parchment paper and dough in Dutch oven cover with lid and bake for 30 mins
After 30 mins remove lid and parchment paper and bake bread uncovered for another 10 to 15 mins
Let it cool for aleast 15 mins
and Enjoy yum
