Deixa-se a levedar durante 10h e entre horas vai-se envolvendo minimamente depois de crescer. Transfere-se para o tabuleiro e deixa-se crescer durante umas horas. Liga-se o forno a temperatura máxima durante 15 minutos e só depois se insere o pão.
