Bacon and tomato appetizer cups
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Lightly grease a mini-muffin pan
Cook bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels
Crumble bacon in a medium bowl and mix with mayo, tomato, onion, cheese and basil
Separate biscuit halves horizontally
Press each half into prepared muffin tin
Fill with bacon mixture
Bake for 10 to 1 minutes
