Cut potatoes and tomatoes into wedges. Separate the garlic cloves to be placed in the pan surrounding the chicken (skin on).
Assemble sauce and pour over chicken. Add garlic cloves, tomato quarters, and potato wedges.
Bake for 1.5 hours, turning halfway
