Cook noodles until al dente and rinse. add 1/2 C soy sauce and peanut oil. Combine mayo. mustard, sesame oil and 1/4 C soy sauce and chili to taste. Fridge until ready to use.
Add all veggies but snow peas and stil gently. add Mayo sauce and toss gently. Cover and put in fridge for 1/2 hour or until ready to serve.
Add some more soy and peanut oil if dry ... stir in julienned snow peas and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds
10-12 as side dish and 6 as dinner
