Banana bread
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cream together sugar, butter and salt using electric mixer.
3. Add in egg, vanilla and bananas
4. Mix in the flour and baking soda
5. Hand mix in walnuts if desired
6. Grease a large loaf pan (use butter)
7. Bake @350 degrees for 60 minutes.
Note: check by inserting a toothpick into middle and if comes out not sticky, it's done.
Best if the Bananas are nearly black
