sauteed celery and onions in 2 tsbp corn oil
wash lentils, remove foreign particles, add lentils and water to vegetable mixture,
stir occassionally, add next 10 ingredients. simmer 45 minutes
add spinach and cook 2 minutes. add legumes, cook 5 more minutes and serve
make sure sauteed onions and celery first
