1. Smash bananas with a fork.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
3. Cook in an anti-adherent frying pan until bubbles form on surface of the pancake, and turn over, until lightly browned.
I usually eat them with sliced bananas, peanut butter, honey and St. Dalfour fruit spreads.
