Suggest a better descriptionOat Shake (Recipe) — As it gets warmer out, I am coming back to the wonderful world of smoothies. One of my favorite recipes is one I came across last year for an oat shake. I start by soaking 2-3 spoons of oats the night before. Then I toss that into the blender with 1 cup of water, a banana, and a generous spoonful of peanut butter. Sometimes I’ll get crazy and add cacao nibs and cinnamon.
