pour milk over oats; let stand 5 min. sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. add dry ingrediants , eggs and oil to oats mixture, stirring until combined. pour 50 ml batter for each pancake onto hot lightly greased griddle. bake to a golden brown, turning only once.
