Super easy, moist, great flavoured, banana bread. Title makes it seem difficult but that is because every ingredient is listed in the title.
No flour or eggs.
Preheat oven to 350
Measure oats then grind in food processor (doesn't need to be fine grind)
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips
Fold in chocolate chips
Put mixture into a greased loaf pan (can use parchment instead of greasing)
Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are brown and toothpick comes out clean
Let cool before cutting
Serve warm or room temperature
