Preheat 300 degrees oven. In a medium size oven, combine flour, soda, salt and oats.mix well with wire whisk and set aside. In a large bowl, blend sugars with electric mixer set at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste. Scrap down sides of bowl, then add honey, vanilla, and eggs.mix at low speed just until combined. Do not over mix. Add flour mixture, raisin, and walnuts and blend on low speed until just combined. Do not over mix
Drop by rounded tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet. 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake 22–24 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown immediately transfer cookies to cool flat spot with spatula
