In a medium bowl whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together. Set aside.
Using a large bowl, beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
Add corn syrup, vanilla, and eggs; beat until combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients to mixture and beat until combined.
Stir oats and butterscotch chips into mixture.
Drop onto ungreased baking sheets (approx. 1-1.5 inch balls) and bake 7-9 minutes depending on desire for chewy or crispy cookies.
Remove from oven and allow to cook on baking sheet for a few minutes before removing to a rack to cool.
