Ajouter le lait tiéde sur le mélange oeufs + sucre
Repartir dans des bocaux individuels ou dans un grand plat
Four 160°, 1h de cuisson au bain marie.
Juger la cuisson au doigt (souplesse du flan).
Plus le four est bas, plus il faudra cuir longtemps mais plus onctueux seront les oeufs.
Ne surtout pas mettre trop fort pour éviter l'effet spongieux (bulles)
