2. In food processor - garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, sage, celery, onion. Pulse 15-20 seconds. Should be finely chopped with no large pieces but not mushy. Remove to large bowl.
3. Place nuts in food processor, pulse for 15-20 seconds. Should be finely chopped with no large pieces but not sticky or pastey. Remove.
4. Place bison in large mixing bowl and add egg. Mix lightly - don't overwork the meat.
5. Add herb mixture - do not mix.
6. Add chopped nuts, flax seeds, chili powder, pepper, and tamari sauce. Mix all ingredients until well blended, but don't overwork the meat.
7. Place meat in meatloaf plan and form.
8. Place pan in oven and set timer for 1 hour.
9. Check loaf for doneness - meat thermometer - internal temp 160.
10. Spread pasta sauce over the top with 15 minutes remaining.
11. Remove from oven and let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
