2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray
3. In large, combine all of the veggies. Pour in 1/4 ranch and toss to coat. Set aside.
4. Place chicken in a line down the center of the baking sheet. Brush literally with the remaining 1/4 cup ranch.
5. Arrange veggies around the chicken. Sprinkle all with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
7. Garnish with sliced lemon and serve.
