Well......exactly as title describes
1. Add oil and salt to Dutch oven and heat to medium.
2. Add onion and saute until softened
3. Add garlic, 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence, and red pepper flakes, stir and saute until fragrant
4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook several minutes until softened
5. Add pasta and 4 cups fluid (and maybe a dash of fish sauce if you have it). Turn heat to high and cook until fluid is mostly absorbed, stirring occasionally.
6. Turn heat off. Add parmesan, feta, basil, and second tbsp of Herbs de Provence. Stir in. Let rest 10 minutes or so before serving.
