Line bottom of pie plate with pie shell. Line bottom of shell with rhubarb. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then 375 degrees for 40 minutes. An alernative method is to bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
