2. Add vinegar, cook, and stir until liquid is evaporated
3. Let cool
4. In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and seasonings
5. Cut in remaining butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
6. Stir in buttermilk until just moistened
7. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead 6-8 times
8. Pat or roll out to 1/2-in thickness and cut with a floured 2-1/2-in biscuit cutter
9. Place 2-in apart on a greased baking sheet
10. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
