Mix Jiffy Muffin Mix, eggs milk and creamed corn. Pour into a 9 x 11 Pyrex (or similar) baking dish.
Saute onion in butter or olive oil. Off the heat add onion to sour cream, dill and 1 cup cheddar. Spoon onion mixture over the muffin mix. Top with the other cup of cheese.
Bake in a 400 degree oven until brown and set - approximately 40 minutes.
