Suggest a better descriptionLine a yogurt strainer, sieve or a small colander with 3 layers of cheesecloth or a clean paper coffee filter. Suspend lined container over a bowl. Spoon in yogurt. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Remove yogurt cheese from strainer; discard liquid. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in cheese, onion, garlic and seasoned salt. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Stir in basil just before serving. Transfer to a serving bowl. Stir with vegetables and/or crackers.
