Gluten free bread
Separate eggs - whites in one bowl and yolks in another bowl. Whip egg whites til very stiff, (if bowl were turned upside down, they wouldn't fall out.
Mix egg yolks and cream cheese well. At this point you can add either baking powder or cream of tartar (which will make them more like bread)
Gently fold egg yolks and cream cheese mixture. Try to keep air in whites.
Place 6 or 8 on baking tray and place in middle of oven.
Bake at 300degrees for about 25min. Til golden
These can be frozen
