Suggest a better descriptionPeel colored rind from orange, leaving inner white portion on fruit. Cut rind into 2-x-1/4-inch strips. Squeeze juice from orange. Combine orange rind, juice, and remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and refrigerate 1 month, shaking occasionally. Strain mixture through 2 layers of cheesecloth. Discard pulp.
