Delicious orange flavored cupcakes which will do great as a tea-time snack or as a homemade gift
1.preheat the oven at 180c or 356f
2.Line the cupcake moulds with paper cases.
3.Sift flour,custard powder or cornflour and baking powder together. Keep aside
4.Blend oil and sugar in a blender.
5.add eggs and flour alternatively, a little at a time while blending.
6.add the orange essence
7.fill 2/3 of the cupcake moulds with the batter and add Tooty-Fruity on top
8.bake in the preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for about 15 minutes.
#If using 1/4 cup orange juice instead of a tablespoon of marmalade, please remove the milk from the recipe.
#Custard tastes better than cornflour in this recipe.
#A pinch of edible orange color may be added.
#Fresh orange juice or orange squash may be used if packaged orange juice and marmalade aren't available.
