Wash carefully the duck.
Brush it inside-out with the garlic and salt.
Fill it with the oranges cut into pieces.
Get the duck into a stable position by joining the 2 legs together. This can be achieved by pulling the skin of the neck over the legs.
Put the wine, water and orange liquor into the tray that goes to the oven.
Put the oven at 180ยบ for 2 hours.
Remove the duck from the oven and brush it with the mixture of the honey and the squeezed orange
Put back to the oven for 30 minutes.
