Orange glaze for ham
In a medium saucepan combine orange peel, orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, and dry mustard. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Makes 1-1/4 cups glaze.
Baste glaze onto ham in the last 20 minutes of baking time.
