Rice yams or mash until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix until smooth.
Place in greased shallow 12" quiche dish and smooth top.
Mix ingredients and spread evenly over the top of casserole.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
