Suggest a better descriptionAdd oil in large skillet and heat over medium- high heat. Add salt and pepper and rosemary to pork chops then cook for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through and browned. Remove chops and cover to keep them warm. Saute shallot until soft, but not caramelized. Deglaze the pan with orange juice and beef broth, simmering until reduced by half (make sure to scrape and bits in the pan). Serve pork chops, garnished with extra rosemary, with sauce poured over.
