Suggest a better descriptionRinse fish and pat dry. In small bowl, combine 6 tbsps softened butter, 2 tbsps chives and 1 tbsps lemon juice. Spread butter mixture evenly on one side of fillets. Roll up filletstarting at thin end. Pour milk into shallow dish. Dip rolled fillet into milk. Coat with bread crumbs, and place seam-side down in baking dish. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. (12-10 minutes for thinner fillets) or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Per serving: 544 Calories; 32g Fat (54% calories from fat); 31g Protein; 31g Carbohydrate; 83mg Cholesterol; 574mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Ive made this with asparagus and noodles.
