This is a very tasty recipe, just like eating in a restaurant!
Directions
Rinse fillets under cold water and pat dry
Pre-heat oven to 400?
In a shallow saucepan, melt butter, add garlic and saut?(a couple of minutes)
Add Mayo and Mustard
mixture to small bowl and, mix well
brush the roughy fillets with mayo mustard mixture
sprinkle with paprika
Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes til browned or until fish flakes easily
when done sprinkle with capers.
