1. Place the lettuce, orange segments, onion, and pistachios in a salad or serving bowl.
2. Add all the dressing ingredients to a separate bowl.
3. Whisk until oil and vinegar are well combined.
4. Drizzle over salad and toss.
5. Add parsley and toss again.
6. Sprinkle hemp seeds on to and serve.
Thin 1 Tbs of tahini with water in place of oil for oil-free dressing
