Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream 1/2 cup sugar, margarine and eggs. Add vanilla and orange flavoring. Stir in 1 1/3 cups Bisquick, then stir in soda pop. Divide batter among 18 paper lined muffin cups (2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch), filling each 1/2 full. Mix cream cheese and 2 tablespoons Bisquick, milk, 1/4 cup sugar and the coconut. Spoon onto
each cupcake batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown edges. Let cool, frost with orange frosting and sprinkle with some coconut.
